Meal Planning Monday
This is my week of attempting to be healthy and lose weight...we shall see how it goes. The week of the salads...
Monday: work night, fixing the fence...anything goes!
Tuesday: Chinese chicken salad
Wednesday: Black bean and corn salsa salad with chicken and low fat ranch
Thursday: Toasty Parmesan chickpea salad with grilled chicken
Friday: Basil pesto pasta salad with feta, grape tomatoes, and chicken
Saturday: Fireside pies with friends!
Sunday: Easter dinner with my family
