Monday: Shrimp stifry with asparagus

Tuesday: Dinner with Megan; pork tenderloin, cus cus, and salad

Wednesday: Life group...sub day!

Thursday: Chicken surpreme pizza on whole weat pita and salad

Friday: Chicken Picante and black beans

Saturday breakfast: Scrambled eggs with sauted veggies

Saturday lunch: salad with grilled shrimp

Saturday dinner: Date night

Sunday: Left over fixings for pizza
