Meal Planning Monday


Monday: Feta shrimp with rice and broccoli
Tuesday: Skillet Cajun tilapia with tomatoes and rice
Wednesday: Dinner with the Black's
Thursday: Spicy peanut noodle stir fry
Friday: Church and dinner afterwards
Saturday:
  • Breakfast: Sausage and cheese muffins
  • Lunch: Basil pesto tortellini salad
  • Dinner: Beef and Irish stout stew
Sunday:
  • Breakfast: Lemon poppy seed pancakes
  • Dinner: Financial Peace University= leftovers
