I have decided that weekends are always up in the air, that my meal planning will now be from Monday to Friday.
Monday: Rosemary and garlic roasted salmon with quinoa
Tuesday: Parmesan crusted tilapia with broccoli
Wednesday: Cilantro lime shrimp with brown rice and black beans
Thursday: Sauteed citrus herb salmon with green beans
Friday: Dinner after church with life group
