TV Fall Line Up

The shows are back and here's what We've been watching.

Drew and I are loving Once Upon a Time, it is very suspenceful and keeps us in anticipation for next week. I love the twists that they put on the old Fairy Tales.

A couple Christmas' ago Drew and I stated watching Bones on Netflix during the break. We have been watching it ever since. The relationships between the characters is great, there is a little humor between them which add a little comic relief from the creepy suspense.

I love Parenthood (I watch this by myself)... Leave it to Parenthood to bring on the water works. I think they do a great job incorperating different aspects of families.

My mom got me into Smash...I love it for the talented singers and AWESOME music. I've heard that it may eventually go to Broadway (it's a show about creating a Broadway Musical about Marilyn Monroe)

The end of summer and beginning of fall brings 2 shows from USA that I love to watch. Necessary Roughness brings together humor and drama about a psychiatrist and a football player and his team.

Royal Pains is witty and clever. I like the medical side plus the relationships between the characters.

It's Fall Y'all

September 22, fall is here...whoop!

With fall comes cooler weather, Fight'n Texas Aggie Football, pumpkin spice lattes, leaves changing color, Oktoberfest, honey crisp apples, cider, Thanksgiving and my personal favorite PUMPKINS. Y'all I'm obsessed it is a problem and each year I just add more to the collection. Today I plan on getting the house ready for fall. I'm looking forward to baking with apples and pumpkins, carving pumpkins and trying some new yummy soups and comfort food for those cool autum days. What do you love about fall?

The end of a rivalry? I sure hope not!

Drew and I spent this Thanksgiving down in College Station with his family, my brother, and some of our good friends. Although the outcome of the game was not to our liking, we still had a great time, and I am still PROUD to be an Aggie! Here are some pictures from that day, hopefully not the last pictures I will ever take from an A&M v. t.u. game.

Our tailgate is always AWESOME, this game was above the rest. We were all set for a Thanksgiving feast tables decorated with pumpkins, flowers, and candles. All the pumpkins were painted maroon...no orange flowers here!
Drew and I enjoying the tasty food (this was Thanksgiving #3 for me!)
We brought my brother James to the game, he had a good time. I wish we won because I don't know if he will see a t.u. game when he attends A&M in a couple years.
Devin and Nikki, unfortunately I did not get a picture of the Mueller's.
The Gardner family
The senior line...I'm going to miss some of those guys!
The 12th man proudly flying their towels...it looked really cool, but my camera didn't capture it quite right.
Drew and I saying, "so long to the orange and white..."

A day at the fair

Friday afternoon Drew and I headed out to the State Fair of Texas (the 2nd annual Gardner trip). Next year my goal is to actually go on the Farris wheel...

We started our time by going to the car show (Drew's favorite part). Here I am in my future car, the Jeep Grand Cherokee Outlander...I'm in love :)

Drew in his dream car...F150 (he wants a king ranch)!

We go to the fair for the food, but who doesn't? We started off with a fair classic, the corny dog. Then we tried the fried salsa, it was delicious!

And we ended with the El Bananarito...YUM!

We had a great time at the fair, and I cannot wait until next years fair!
